Refurbishment Steps
Important Notice: Please make sure the LCD inside your broken screen still works before sending to us. We will test all LCDs before refurbishing. If the LCD can not function normally, it almost has no value to be refurbished and will be returned. Please try to stamp on each screen of yours.
Step 1 Send cracked/broken screens to us. Please give good protection to the broken screen and its flex cable by necessary packing, which can avoid the second damage on the way to china. Please put no more than 20 pieces broken screens in each package and declare as "Glass Panel return for repair" at Unit Value US$3, in this way it can get through customs quickly.
Step 2 We receive the package and then calculate the total quantity of broken screens which you send. We will test all LCDs and report to you with the "Positive" & "Negative" quantities for each iPhone model. The "Positive" means the LCD works and available to be refurbished. The "Negative" means the LCD is defective and will be returned to you.
Step 3 We ask for your requirement about the refurbishment for each iPhone model: in black or white color ? using original or copy glass & frame ?
Step 4 We normally take 3 working days to finish refurbishing, and then fully test them one by one again to make sure each of them is in 100% good working condition.
Step 5 The invoice is issued with refurbishment fee & shipping charge, and the shipment is made by express immediately when the payment arrives.
